Our client is a leading manufacturer of engineering adhesives, supplying high-quality industrial adhesives to customers worldwide, assisting customers with their specific bonding and sealing requirements. They offer an extensive range of anaerobic adhesives and sealants, cyanoacrylate, epoxy, acrylic and UV-curable adhesives for the aerospace, automotive, composite, electronics, fire protection, glass, marine, medical device, transport, and wind energy.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role of Technical Sales Manager will cover the DACH region.

Your Responsibilities:

• Customer account and distributor management within the DACH region – visiting customers, joint calls, training sessions with distributors, answering enquiries, providing quotations and samples.
• Generating and following up business leads.
• Use CRM to record leads, visit reports, sample logging, and follow ups.
• Track sales targets, investigate negative variances.
• Support new product launches and promotional sales activities.
• Competitor and market analysis.
• Liaise with technical team for support, training, and technical projects.
• Assist with supporting complaint investigations.
• Supporting customer services and accounts with account related queries e.g., payment, terms, and credit control matters.
• Exhibition stand manning or attendance at trade shows and conferences.
• Regular travel to clients to the DACH region.

About You:

• Higher Education, Science based.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
• Full driving license.
• German and English speaking essential.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
