Target Option - Consultant Managed Candidate Database Search

• Consultant Managed project where candidates are actively pursued, interviewed by telephone and a short list of candidates submitted for client interview.

• The client and the role are fully researched and presented in an assignment brief.

• Candidates are identified, screened and telephone interviewed by the Consultant. 

• Regular progress reports are presented to the client

• The most suitable candidates are submitted to the client and the client interviews are coordinated by Whitehall.

• For Senior and more difficult to fill vacancies Whitehall International offers a full Search & Selection service managed by our experienced Executive Recruiters.

• Our first step is to gain a thorough insight into the client’s organisation.  This involves a face to face meeting and a comprehensive discussion to develop an understanding of the role and its business objectives.  We compile company background information, details of structure, operations and market sectors.

• A full job briefing is written, a search strategy formulated and advertising is designed and formatted

• Candidates are screened and the most suitable thoroughly interviewed to produce detailed CV and a summary interview report on candidate suitability

• Once a short list is submitted to the client, the Consultant will work closely with the client to ensure the interview process results in the rapid placement of the successful candidate.
